Q: What age group do I enter?

A: Your racing age is based upon your age at the end of the current year.

Q: What type of bike is allowed?

A: Any pedal bike that doesn't include a motor

Q: Do I have to use the same bike for all of the stages?

A: Yes you do

Q: Do I have to wear my helmet and pads at all times?

A: Yes you do, we require that all participants wear a helmet and knee pads or pants instead of knee pads.  

Q: Do I have to wear a full face helmet?

A: While its strongly recommended it's not required to wear a full face. Helmets must be worn correctly at all times while on the bike.

Q: Do we race the non timed stages?

A: No we recommend that you slow down take your time and make some new friends on your way to the next stage, but don't be late!

Q: Are there aid stations on course?

A: Yes we are well known for our fully stocked aid stations on course that include: Oreo's, fruit snacks, and tons of water.

Q: Are participants allowed outside assistance?

A: Riders should be self sufficient but in the event they need help they will be assessed a 5 minute time penalty on they're cumulative time.
